Appikon ‑ Back In Stock

I just downloaded this app and was very excited but realized that with my shopify theme, the button wasn't showing up for items that were out of stock for specific variants. It would only show up for items completely out of stock. I contacted support for this app and they fixed it within an hour or two. I thought this would be an extra service I had to pay for since it was a theme customization but they were so helpful and did it for free. I'm so excited to launch my store with this feature already installed + working!

Awesome app and customer service! Abuzar got the customized integration installed for our particular Shopify theme within minutes since it wasn't available in the app's dropdown list by default. After doing some quick testing, we see that this functionality is going to be very helpful in tracking exactly which products customers have the most interest in. Having the ability for customers to receive back in stock notifications by email and/or SMS is the best feature. We will now be able to restock items more efficiently and avoid the purchase of excess inventory that will not move quickly.

Wow this was by far a 10/10 experience getting set up. I needed something quick for our shop after another app messed us all up and I'm glad there was a silver lining in that because this app is so easy to use, and most importantly the support Sourabh was exceptional. He helped point me to all the things I needed to do, saving me hours of going around different help articles, etc. Looking forward to what this app can do for our store.

This app is great for scaling businesses that are struggling to stay in stock. Before integrating this app I had trouble keeping track of customers who wanted to buy my products that were sold out, now as soon as I'm back in stock the sales come in by themselves. Very easy to use and the customer support team has always been quick to assist me when I have any questions. Definitely a must have app in my opinion.

We've been using this app with our Shopify store for a while now, but today was the first time I had to ask for assistance (which rarely happens because the app is pretty intuitive on its own). The person who helped me (Shikha) was amazing and took care of the issue for me! All I had to do was refresh the page and it was done. Incredibly helpful. Grateful to Appikon for making it easy! Highly recommend for the ease of use, as well as the kindness of their customer service team.
