Their support team is responsive, patient, and genuinely interested in understanding our business requirements instead of providing generic replies. Solid functions. Came across a couple bugs, but Customer Support was helpful and resolved them quickly.
Overall, I recommend. This has some really great, straightforward features for a User Profile Dashboard and custom metafields that sync nicely with Shopify's customer data.
