We've been building a production-grade membership system on Shopify, and Custlo has been a great partner throughout the process.
Their support team is responsive, patient, and genuinely interested in understanding our business requirements instead of providing generic replies. They have consistently helped us with account setup, profile customization, and technical questions, and they are willing to involve their engineering team when deeper discussions are needed.
The app is easy to configure, works well with Shopify Customer Accounts, and provides a clean customer experience.

Overall, I recommend. This has some really great, straightforward features for a User Profile Dashboard and custom metafields that sync nicely with Shopify's customer data.
