Having a personal touch with my customers is super important to me. It's an aspect of my business I always want customers to experience. But it's challenging to maintain a closeness with customers as my business grows, especially since I recently switched to an e-commerce platform. This is where the App comes in... By using the capabilities of the App, I can see who my customers are and then reach out to them in a more meaningful way. Essentially, the App provides a way for me to make better connections with customers. My goal is never to have transactions, but rather relationships. The Customer Data Enrichment App allows me to learn about my customers, make myself more available to them, and ultimately have real interactions that customers and I both enjoy.
