Wasn’t sure if people would respond, but they actually did. Especially helpful for those who place personalized or half-finished orders. Definitely added some structure to my post-order process.
Before this app, I was chasing people manually with emails and DMs. Now I can schedule it and move on. Less mental load. More consistency. Also, customers can easily approve their custom orders or provide feedback.

I have been using Follow Up for a week now and it’s been a great help with managing proofs for custom orders. The workflow is simple and clean. It saves us a lot of time and keeps things organized.
