Wasn’t sure if people would respond, but they actually did. Especially helpful for those who place personalized or half-finished orders. Definitely added some structure to my post-order process.

Before this app, I was chasing people manually with emails and DMs. Now I can schedule it and move on. Less mental load. More consistency. Also, customers can easily approve their custom orders or provide feedback.

For our property business we take down payment first time and remaining in next few steps. We checked lot of apps to manage follow up communication and invoice at one place.
