How does it work?

  • When a new order comes in, simply open the order in the order dashboard.
  • You will be able to upload a variety of file types (e.g. images, PDFs) and chat in real-time with the customer.
  • Customers will be able to see files and messages in their chat widget on the order details page.
  • Customers will get an automatic email notification when you update the status of the order.
  • Once the customer has approved the proof or has requested changes, you'll receive an automated notification email and notification in the app as well.
  • You can also track the status of your proofs in our admin backend.
