Nice way to receive reviews and allows you to have your testimonials posted right on your website. Don't understand the star score, we have all but 2 10/10 ratings but it says 3/5 stars?

Excellent App! A Must Have App!

I've had other review survey apps and received very little responses. I just installed this and 2 orders have already responded. It must be the simple approach. I like it! Also, the customer service....prompt, courteous, professional. Much appreciated. Juraj helped me out. :D

I am a Net Promoter Certified Associate and I must say this is the best product I have found for integrating an NPS program to an E-Commerce store. The support team responds quickly and takes proactive steps to help you get your account ready, and survey distribution couldn't be easier. The data is clearly organized and makes creating specific views of customer segments simple. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Excellent app, excellent customer service, good way to hear the voice from your clients.

Good app. You will get tons of reviews because of this! I had about 12 in my first week of using! Most reviews may be brief but atleast its something!

I love using this app for my business because I get insight from customers that is honest. If they give me a low score, I can reach out easily to fix the issue and when they give me a high score with comments, it's there for everyone to see...encouraging more customers.
