I would be much happier it there was a free option for <100 surveys/month

Works Great!
Functionally this app works great. Setup is easy, reporting is easy, and integration is easy. I had my first replays seconds after they sent the email. (5 stars)

Finally i found a Customers review app. Everybody try this app this is a very cool app :)))))))))))

No one reviews you for 2 weeks? 99% of your reviews are 10/10? doesn't matter cause it'll go to 3 stars out of 5 if you have no reviews for 2 weeks.

How can you not get any reviews in 2 weeks? well unless you pay $50 a month you only get 5 free emails to send out to customers per month to ask them to write a review. So it's very easy to not get any reviews for 2 weeks.

Good initally but very very overpriced considering I can use many, many other alternatives doing the exact same thing for free

I like the simplicity. The only think is missing that the merchant cannot respond directly to the detractor so it is visible.

Works just fine. Surveys are sent out instantly and I usually get them all back. I just wish there was a way to post the reviews on Facebook.

It works well but I wish it was more customizable for how its displayed on my website.

awesome! only suggestion: it'd be nice to sort the dashboard by ratings
