A lot of our orders are bespoke which can take upto 28 days to fulfil, so it would be nice if we could change the scheduling of the automated emails to better fit our style of business.
Great App for NPS! Recommend for Sure. Easy install and working. Little expensive tool, but necessary...
Good app. You will get tons of reviews because of this! I had about 12 in my first week of using! Most reviews may be brief but atleast its something!
Awesome app! Would like to see it integrated with Facebook & Google reviews and be able to embed a slider of those reviews.

only thing is there is no way to deal with some bad review, sometimes people don't know what they do( we are hobby shop, customer purchased a model kit by themselves but turns out he has no skill to build the kit, then they give us bad review said much harder than what they expected, but that's not our problem), and sometimes some people just want to make your online store down, if we can easy to deal this kind of situation, I think all the
website owner will love this app.
So far, there is no such app can help store or online website to deal with this situation.
I love using this app for my business because I get insight from customers that is honest. If they give me a low score, I can reach out easily to fix the issue and when they give me a high score with comments, it's there for everyone to see...encouraging more customers.
App is working well.
Support may be slow sometimes but overall helps you understand what's going on.
