Simprosys Customer Match Lists

This is an inexpensive but well optimized app for creating customer lists for better targeting of Google ads. Our business has used it for the past 3-4 years and it has worked in the background without any hassle. For the price we pay, I'd say it makes sense to install it. I recommend this app.

I highly recommend the Customer Match List app of Simprosys for running ad campaigns. I have used it on a number of my stores and have found it efficient and well optimized. The entire suite of Simprosys products is user friendly and great to work with. Great support team as well.

Having 14 day trial with zero hassle installing was really useful to be able to test the app works as desired.

The cost of the app is minimal and I'm comfortable with the interface having used Simprosys Google Shopping Feed previously.

I found the setup for Google Audience was completed within a minute and whilst I needed to setup a customer match list first in Microsoft Ads to accept terms and conditions in Microsoft Ads before I could complete the setup in the app, the Simprosys support team was quick to respond and were happy to guide me through the setup via a Google Meet with me presenting my screen so I was in control each step of the way.

We also setup Facebook within a couple of minutes.

I've already started to create my own additional custom audience groups, with the app adding four of it's own recommended filters by default.

So straight forward and great value for money with excellent support team.
