Custom Pricing: Wholesale B2B

Of all of the apps we have installed on our stores, this one is by far the most important. It allows us to set up multiple pricing tiers for different types of clients, set up pricing tiers for our wholesalers and distributors and we are also getting ready to introduce a club pricing feature for large groups and organizations. I don't think we could run our website the way that we want to without this app.

The app does what it promises, yet I'm more impressed by their customer service. They helped me out with EVERYTHING and at a very rapid speed as well. Big shoutout to ma boy Eric, he solved all of my problems!

My business runs on Wholesale and Retail and when i first built my website i was searching for a third party app that provides wholesale. As one of the shopify experts recommended, i decided to try this app. After using it for the first few days, i liked how it was simple to use and that retail customers would see the retail prices and wholesale would see wholesale prices while logged in and provided wholesale rights of course and best of all (All on 1 website domain). I'd say this is the best app you can get for the money on here, Bold wholesale service is 10/10 as well, always helps quickly.

Loving this app so far. For anyone offering a discount on subscribe this is definitely one you should consider. I noticed that a lot of subscribers weren't opening the email they were sent containing the discount code. Using this app you can have subscribers instantly see the discounted products on your site, no reliance whatsoever on them finding the email in their inbox. I expect this to make a big difference to conversions.

You can then offer discounts codes on top of that. Something surprisingly difficult to achieve with Shopify.

My initial installation didn't go so smoothly, there is quite a lot of liquid changes so you need a developer to get this working. However the tech support from Bold was fantastic and they spent considerable time integrating the app directly into my theme. Thank you very much Jade!

I think other users are running into trouble with the installation because it seems to be quite unique to the theme. Looking through the code changes that Jade made I can't imagine there is one single to do list for everyone. If you think about it, what this app does is really quite complicated so you need to have patience to get it working. Due to it's unique capability it's potentially a game changer to any store owner so I'd say it's worth the effort.

So far so good! Needed an app that would allow wholesale pricing per item as our margins vary for each product. The premium version of the app did the trick!

I installed this app for the purpose of adding wholesale pricing to my store… and so far so good. It was easy to install (I actually had the developers do it so I wouldn't mess anything up!), easy to set-up and syncs perfectly with my store theme. Only disappointment is that if you use their Product Bundles app, you cannot use this app. So you're forced to choose between the two. I think we all know which one won :)

One request I would like to see is the option to be able to apply special shipping cost for the customers you select for customer pricing. For example, with my wholesale customers I charge a flat rate, however because I cannot specify this at checkout I have to separately invoice after they purchase. Not a deal breaker, however it would make things much more convenient.

Overall a good app and I would most def recommend :)

App is working great as we implement a VIP program. Even better was the customer support. They helped implement two changes so that our AJAX features worked with the App. Thanks to Phillip who helped us and the rest of their team.

Great App and awesome customer service. This app has helped us develop our wholesale and distribution customers and best of all we don't need to create a separate site for our normal retail customers. It was easy to install and configure. Big Thanks to Michael for his customer service and help.
