This app allows us to easily create a process for wholesale ordering without the headache many of the other apps come with. So far so good!

Priyanka was awesome! She helped me over understand why I was seeing a stack of draft orders and explained to me that I could safely delete the open ones.

This app helped me achieve precisely what I needed as a new business, but more importantly, the customer service was extremely helpful, particularly in setting things up. They integrated with my website quickly and efficiently, and their support team members, including but not limited to efficient and personable reps like Brenden, Jennifer and Nir, knew what they were doing and worked quickly. For a guy like me who is all too new to Shopfiy and liquid coding in general, it made a huge difference. I'm happy to say I'll be using this app to continue customizing my prices and discounts in the future. :)

I was unsure how to set up discounts for different client groups and they helped me figure it out.

Pros:
- Set up custom pricing levels for different groups of customers, for example Retail and Wholesale pricing. Add more levels for VIP Retail Customers or Employees, etc.
- Automatic rules to bump good customers to the next level. Good for creating incentives for wholesale customers.
- Doesn't mess up "Shopify Tracks this variant's inventory" (almost, see below).
- Allows different price levels for different groups of products.
- Creates a professional experience for your wholesale customers.
- Fast customer service.

Cons:
- There is an inventory bug whereby it's possible for customers at discounted levels to order product that his not available and create unintended back-ordrers. No work-around available at this time.
- As with any set of new rules, it adds another layer of complication and takes a bit of thought to set up and test out. But it's not particularly difficult to use and in the long run setting it up saves time over manually creating discounts one-by-one.

This app allowed me to designate pricing tiers in a snap! Support was the best! Can't thank everyone enough for making this process a breeze! It was easy to set up, and even easier to change once it was live and running. Extremely helpful.

Tried this for our wholesale business & it works perfect for what we needed. I named our price groups the same as the fixed dollar amount that the actual group is to make editing easier when we add new styles. I love that we can hide styles now from customers that are not in the wholesale group. Took a little time to figure how to work with the customer groups but Bold has good support site FAQ section that helped me figure things out.
