The app is good, customer support poor. They are not easy to get hold of when something goes wrong. and app has glitches and no one there to answer emails

We needed this app to create wholesale pricing options for our website, but specifically to allow individual prices to be set per product for our large inventory. So far, in the short few days we've been using this app, it's done everything we need and was set up and ready to go in no time at all!
The customer service at Bold is impeccable - friendly, speedy and very helpful which was one of the main reasons why we've decided to stick with this app in particular! We definitely recommend Bold over other wholesale apps out there.

I use this app on both my websites and am very satisfied. It is so much easier for both buyer and seller to be able to do wholesale transactions directly on the website.
The only improvement I would suggest if it is ever possible would be to make purchases impossible when there is not sufficient stock.

But otherwise, I definitely recommend it.

I have been trying to use this app for some time (I paid $500 extra for integrations with other Bold Apps). They keep making promises about how they will change the displayed prices etc. However, after waiting six months for the promised changes I give up. Bold wants your money but cannot follow through. I am out $500 plus countless hours and $50/month fee.

App works ok but not with inventory. If the product has 0 inventory and a user tagged in a group logs in they are still able to buy the item.

I've tried to convey the problem to the support staff but after 3 relays and 2 days of delay between each ticket submission the problem remains.

Poor support, fair execution, high price. Still, it's the best option I have so I'll use it for now.

Bold support team has been great :-) I had some simple simple changes I needed done, Mo and Tiff made the changes at no cost. How goods that!
