The Customer Pricing app has been great, we have different types of customers and it is nice to be able to direct them all to one website.
The customer service and willingness to help out is fantastic as well, thank you!

Responsive team got my issues rectified. App does as advertised. Would recommend if you need quantity breaks on pricing or other customisations.

I am just getting started using this app, but I have been pleased with the product and the support so far. It is the only product I found that let me create specific prices per item for specific pricing tiers.

It is not 5 stars due to the installation process, which is error prone. You have to do everything just right, which includes editing code, or you will run into problems.

I will say, customer service was excellent. I used the chat app, and they were responsive and very helpful, even offering to add code customization to my site to get the display features I wanted, which were extra, and beyond the scope of the app. I really appreciated this.

It does what it's suppose to do. Sometimes it doesn't allow customers to check out properly but with a few minor fixes, it works perfectly.

This app works! I'm happy with it and would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to create customer loyalty through pricing tiers. I had no issues with installing the app and am grateful at how easy it is use! However, there are 2 things I would like to share if you are considering this app:

1) This app works by creating additional variants for your customer tiers. If you are on a basic plan (like myself) with limited SKUs, you will see this app taking up a lot “SKU space”. For eg. A product with originally 3 variants can balloon up to 12 variants with 3 customer tiers. For me, I exceeded my SKU limit and had to scale down the number of products I can offer with this app.

2) Unfortunately this app, at the moment, does not integrate with Shop Pad. Those browsing my store using Shop Pad can see view the prices for the different customer tiers. And those purchasing items using Shop Pad can't seem to activate their special tier discounts. As I understand, there is some integration work being done to fix this by next year. Until then, I can’t use Shop Pad with Customer Pricing. Sigh.

There are definitely areas for improvement, but so far this app is the best I have seen around and most relevant to my needs. :) Do give it a try!

Update: App is working now. It still took almost 3 weeks to get it to work and numerous emails, so I can only give it 4 stars. ---- Buggy app and an inexistent customer service. They claim that the bugs are the result of a wrong automatic installation. Apparently now a developer has "installed" it manually for us and the issue is fixed. However it is still showing the same bugs as before and there is no reply from customer service.
