Being able to set specific prices at different tiers for each individual product was a must for us and this app has allowed us to do just that! It is simple to use but provides a high quality result. Also the support is great, when we ran into a small problem they were quick to get back to me and get the issue resolved (thanks Bhumi!). Very happy we found this app.
App does just what it needs to. Even when I had a minor hiccup, Rahul was able to get it straightened out quickly.
We use Bold Custom pricing to make different prices for products on our page and it works great! Rahul helped make it all possible and the whole Bold team is very knowledgable and excellent to work with! You should use Bold if you need to come up with different pricing tiers.

These guys are amazing, and this app is what shopify has been missing. Now I can offer incentives to people just for signing up for an account, or signing for the newsletter, etc. No more coupons for my VIPs!!!
I had a crazy issue with my install and Shappify spent hours debugging it. What more can you ask for.
I REALLY hope Shopify buys this company because the features they put out puts Shopify at the head of the pack with ease.
Waiting for our web designer to integrate this into our store since we have a custom template. However, we deliberated for a while before we settled on this app because of the outstanding features it offered. Also the ease of use looked far above the rest. > Will update when installed...
Does what's it's suppose to most of the time, but when problems hit it's not easy getting fixes / communication. Limited consumer service hours. Kicking off sales is not easy.
We run our wholesale program through this app. James at Shappify provides the best customer service I've ever had with all of the apps we use. Highly recommend.
I installed this app and it helped my average order value to increase from £22 to £28. However, it stopped working every couple of days and was very inconvenient for me and I am not 100% sure but this constant theme change may have affected my Facebook ad optimization.
It is a shame because the possibility of the app was amazing.

We started using Bold App's Customer Pricing a couple months ago for our trade discount pricing program and the app works flawlessly. Installation was a bit over my head so Team Bold installed and tested it for me quickly. When I have questions regarding the integration of the app with my template their support team is very responsive. We're just getting into their Product Discount app too.
This is great app that really allows me to reach out to a huge customer base. The employees are very experienced and extremely helpful.
