This app is great. Works really well and havent had a problem so far. The guys set it up for me fast and quite pain free. Get this app to make your site work better.

Support was really helpful in custom configuring this app and ironing out all the kinks. They went above and beyond my expectations. My site had fully crashed and they spent many hours getting it online..Every second of the way I was met with timely responses and meticulous attention to detail. I wish I had a development team as dedicated as the one at Bold apps. My contact Jay made sure they went above and beyond! In all areas. I happily use 4 of their apps.

The Bold Apps team are extremely polite, helpful and accommodating. I can't say enough good things about them. It has been such a relief coming from using another wholesale app where the customer service was poor and the product inferior. It is a fantastic app and we can't wait to use it in our store. This app provided exactly what we were looking for. We wanted to be able to tag customers and when they log in, they see different prices than anyone else. On the outside, it looks nice and clean. Internally, there was a lot of work to do because creating every pricing bracket for every product created product variations, each one with a unique price. Our products already had dozens of variations, so to have them multiplied was tedious. But once the setup was complete, the functionality is awesome!

This is our second paid app from Bold. Really like the customer pricing app. This app has allowed up to setup an very complex dealer login and pricing program with 4 different wholesale pricing level's. Overall I'm very happy with the app and it's functionality

This is a great app! The best part about this app, is the access to their A+ support team. We've been so impressed with the level of care that they have shown us. We looked a multiple app options for customer specific pricing, and I'm so glad we decided to go with this one.

Fantastic app, allowing us to take out several birds with one stone including a loyalty program and scaling wholesale accounts. We paid for the liquid install which was nearly painless ($40) and actually performed on Memorial Day, which is crazy awesome. They've been quick to respond to emails and I'm extremely happy with the experience so far, thanks!!

Our store has multiple Bold apps installed and I continue to be unhappy with both the apps and the service that I have received when looking for support with Bold apps. The apps are not intuitive and I constantly receive bad advice on how to do what should be simple tasks. During a recent chat with the support center, I tried to communicate my frustration with Bold to the staff member I was speaking with and felt that my concerns were blown off and I was being spoken to in a condescending manner. I am incredibly disappointed in the program and the service that I have received.
