If you need this app, you need it really badly--and there aren't any other options. Fortunately, this one is great. It gives you the ability to do a lot of important things, and the support has been way above and beyond the norm. We got a lot of customization done on this one, and Bold Apps has been an absolute delight to work with.

Such a useful app to make rewarding loyal customers a breeze. Also saves making extra categories of products for wholesale customers. Just tag the customer and the app does the rest. Amazing support from the Team as always. Love it!

UPDATE: More problems. You cannot add another product without jumping through a bunch of hoops. Waited 3 days for them to "Update" our theme, didn't fix the problem that all customers are seeing 2 pricing groups. Still not fixed. Customer service is terrible, they don't listen and rarely fix the problem on the first out reach. Excuse me while I get back in the queue and start over. YAY. Installation was pretty complicated for our Theme, so we had to pay. A lot of back and forth with the team, new people each response created confusion, and a lot of wasted time. Overall the app is pretty good, we have a bit of a unique situation, so we are trying to make it work for us.
Launching our site in 2 days, so we'll see how well it works.

The Bold Team is awesome! I've been using Customer Pricing for years. I love it. I ran into an issue and Aryan and his app expert Guri went above and beyond to help me. Love it!

This app does exactly what you need it to. It's been such a great addition for our store. I had a support question about tagging and Irfan got back to me right away with incredibly helpful and accurate instructions. Great app!

Easy app to setup and use. Their customer service is top-notch. Mohit helped me out with any questions I had and was quick to respond. I would recommend this to anyone!

I was having some issues moving the Quantity Breaks grid on the product page, but I live chatted with Brysen and he got me sorted right away! Thank you for your help Brysen! I have this app installed on 8 of our Shopify stores at this point, and I love how simplistic it is to setup and use! Highly recommend this app!

Once you get the app working, it performs beautifully 98% of the time. But when it fails 1/100 times, it only takes a couple hundred wholesale orders before errors with the discount make you wonder if it's something you did or something wrong with the app. The support staff is kind and helpful, for the most part, but we've had tickets dead-end because nobody seems to know why the app didn't perform correctly. The setup is also not super straightforward, but that's something that the support staff was quick to fix with us. Overall, it's a great app, but the semi-convoluted interface and the mystery failures are what's keeping us from giving it five stars.
