Priyanka was super helpful in helping me turn off my subscription when I was having issues. Will definitely give it a try again once they have fixes to the issues I was having with the app.

This app has enabled a whole new feature of our business - wholesale orders! There was a bit of a code issue at first, due to a liquid code change from another app, but the Bold team sorted it out very quickly and it's all working like a charm now. The sales from just this morning have already more than paid for the next few months of this app... I love it!

Cool app ! Haven't used a lot yet but so far it works well !

I did have some technical issues because I had too many different apps previously. This caused conflict with BOLD custom pricing, which was very annoying.

I contacted the support team many many many times and talked with Aryan, Kirtana, and Naman through live chat. Live chat was a very supportive tool to communicate with the team. They were always trying to solve the problems and make me comfortable.

It took a little while to solve the problem due to heavy queue. Overall, I am happy with the result and the hardworking support team!
