The app seemed pretty straightforward and it worked as expected, but I probably messed up at the initial setup process because some errors just had to pop up along the way. Fortunately, I came across Jennifer from the support team and she was SPLENDID! Just can't say enough great things about her. She escalated my concerns speedily which eventually led to a quick resolution. But aside from that, her interpersonal skills were impeccable. The customer service experience was a rarity in the best of ways. If it was possible to choose a chat personnel, I'd definitely default to Jennifer. lol But if everyone from Bold Apps were as marvelous as her, then that means all the best for people who support their apps. :)

Sorry to hear that you had some errors when first starting to use the app! It can definitely be difficult to get set up with a new app, but I'm glad that everything was sorted and is now working how you want it to!

Great use of your blog, by the way, and very cool survival kits. I'll definitely need to get one; it's not something I've thought about enough!

Terrible. I am not happy. I have got no support and I need help. My customers have often complained and I am trying to figure out the pricing Ect. I have asked for the 40$ liquid instalment and have got no notification on how to proceed.

Really handy, I'm pretty new to all this so it took me a while to play with everything and figure it out but once I understood it, its a breeze.

We have required a specific solution that Bold Custom Pricing has provided with a very useful app. We found something that wasn't working perfectly in the cart area, but the help team were very quick to respond and fixed the problem as requested (Irfan was very polite and very helpful!!). I would certainly recommend Bold to anyone looking to extend the functionality of their store.

I tried to install this app-- however, I do not have any liquid knowledge, so requested the developers to install. My install was completed on a SUNDAY!! Wow!! The app works perfectly. I frequently add and adjust inventory and pricing and have had zero difficulties with this app.

A real pain of an app.

I'm afraid of breaking the store any time I add or duplicate or make any modifications to a product. "Pausing" the app takes forever (literally going on half hour+) and is essential whenever making product additions or edits.

Not to mention you can't use shopify/facebook integration without it showing all of your price tiers. Plus, if you mess up on the backend, it's easy to accidentally show all of your customers all price tiers on the front end. OOPS!

The backend is clunky to use and doesn't load properly most of the time when navigating deeper within pages. Also beware, if you have a lot of different tiers, it's a mess to deal with scrolling through the browser because of how many columns -- imagine a bloated GUI excel spreadsheet. You can't tell which product you're editing for which tier without scrolling like a madman. And then my favorite part ... you finally painstakingly input all of your prices and click save... and then ... wait for it ... refresh ... NONE OF THE PRICES SAVE! TADA!

Most of the limitations and complaints may be due to Shopify constraints, but that's giving Bold the benefit of the doubt. Support is good, but this software is monstrous and scary. Most other third-party shopify integrations (stitch labs, etc...) are afraid to integrate with a store using Bold apps because they're afraid of things breaking too. Temperamental app.

I can't wait to move all of our wholesale customers over to a new system.

Save yourself the trouble and look for a different wholesale solution rather than any of these types of shopify apps -- especially this one. While it may *work*, it's way too messy.

Not quite sure how this app has so many positive reviews. Suspicious of review shilling at this point, but who knows.

We added this app to Shopify to provide our best customers with additional discounts. Unfortunately the app stopped functioning properly. Without a request, it looks like Bold Support logged into our website, created custom orders, but nothing was communicated. Called Support, waited for 15 minutes and then robot told me to call back later.

Support contacted me very quickly to help resolve the issue. Will update once issue is resolved.
