This app is just what I am looking for. Being able to create wholesale accounts for certain customers will allow me to run a wholesale and retail business from the same website with the same inventory. The monthly price also seemed much cheaper than the comparison apps and it is also more suited to what I want luckily. I would certainly recommend this app for anyone that wants to sell retail and wholesale on the same site, or anyone that wants to offer discount incentives for repeat loyal customers. I had paid the extra $40 to have the app installed and it was setup on the weekend ahead of schedule, even after I was advised the staff was backed up for several days. Thanks for the great app!

I never thought that Shappify can come out with a brilliant app like this! It's like a dream come true when I saw this and I've been itching to try it with my new marketing plan. And to know that it comes from Shappify gives me all the confidence I needed; knowing how quick help arrives when you need one. James has been nothing short of brilliant in his relentless support. I don't know how these guys work at super quick time but I know I can depend on the Shappify team anytime. Truly a wonderful wonderful app that will grow my business.

I have used this for 6 months and it works very well. I asked them to install it and it was done over a weekend which is very impressive. I had a few support requests which were all quickly and expertly handled. It was really impressive. I had to uninstall sadly as when customer pricing groups are live and if you use rich pins, or any of the marketplaces ie wanelo etc they pull the discounted members prices. When a customer lands on the store they see the full price which leads to disappointment. Sadly Bold Apps say that there is no work around. Anyway 5* from me for their support.

This app solves SO many problems for us -- from how to add wholesale in a cost-effective way, to how to encourage bulk purchases with quantity discounts without creating the inventory headaches of "case packs" . PLUS Bold has wicked fast and efficient customer service -- Rajni and Harpreet were so helpful! Highly recommend!

Customer service has been outstanding. A lot of great features and very flexible matrix to price your customers in a multitude of ways. Pausing groups in order to make changes has been improved to make it more intuitive and easily tracked
