Brilliant app, and even more brilliant support staff!

Even though it doesn't work exactly the way I want it to, it still has some excellent functionality that I can definitely put to use and make the running of my shop a lot simpler.

And even more impressive is the support offered by Shappify. I had some trouble installing the code, and a member of their team logged in a sorted the problems out for me very speedily. Really great customer service.

Cool app ! Haven't used a lot yet but so far it works well !

I did have some technical issues because I had too many different apps previously. This caused conflict with BOLD custom pricing, which was very annoying.

I contacted the support team many many many times and talked with Aryan, Kirtana, and Naman through live chat. Live chat was a very supportive tool to communicate with the team. They were always trying to solve the problems and make me comfortable.

It took a little while to solve the problem due to heavy queue. Overall, I am happy with the result and the hardworking support team!

SO far so good using the customer pricing app! At first i didn't use the Robo Installer because is was in Beta however it worked perfectly for me. A must have feature for our wholesale store online!

Highly recommended app! In very few steps you have a B2B that works perfectly. You can create diversified price lists based on tags to assign to customers, products, collections, etc.. In addition, you can group discounts by vendor and category or assign dedicated prices to each product. Customer support is also highly praised: Challi followed me in all my requests in a way that was always timely and kind. I am very happy with this app and would recommend it!

Great app! Been looking for an app like this for a while!

The premium version is exactly what I was looking for in order to set up a wholesale section on my website. With minimal effort, I am able to tag accounts as wholesale and they are able to receive wholesale pricing. The entire set up took less than an hour and we are very pleased with the results.
