My web site was already working for my direct customer but I had to do manual invoice for my commercial customer that use my product for resale with a margin. It was a lot of work to produce the invoice, send statement, track for payment, I had one employee full time for this administration duty.
With the app "customer pricing", I was able to sell to my regular customer and to my wholsale network with special tag and offer them margin on the product. I can with the app, manage different price list, hide or add a prodcut to a customer and do custom price list. Two years ago, I sent every wholesale customer to my web site, they had to log-in and order on-line.
It is very easy for us now, they pay directly at the order, they get their invoice and we ship them the merchandise. Its less paper work, and our cashflow is better, they pay net at the order. I reduce the work needed at the administration to put the emphasize on production and customer service.
We are more efficient since we add the app "customer pricing" on our web site.
The support team did a lot to help me install and start with my different price list. I know I'm not specific but they stay connected with me until I was totally satisfied with the app. It take a little time to understand how the app works and they answer all my question.
I had to adapt some of my product option. I have different customized "product.liquid" that add some detail about our product. They helped me by doing some coding to get everything fine.
I worke with a lot of support team online but the Bold team is great!
We needed to create reduced pricing for a logged in member group on a per product basis and this app allows us to do exactly that.
This app is super easy to use and works perfectly for automatic discounts when buying a certain amount of an item. And when we have price increases and need to update it is just as simple as when you first set it up.

We use this in two of our stores and we are definitely thinking about getting it for our 3rd. It is very easy to use and has changed the way we do wholesale and drop-ship orders. Take Your Seat has both retail and wholesale customers and I had tried some other work arounds in order to save money. They didn't work.
I should have just used Customer Pricing from the start. It's simple. No silly fussing around with duplicate products for different customer groups. It does what you need and importantly looks professional from the customer experience side.
Now I'm also considering customer loyalty levels etc. So many options with this app.
I paid a little extra for the Bold Apss team to implement for me. They said 2-3 days. It was done in less than 24 hrs. Great job!

So far this app has worked great for us! We needed a solution for wholesale accounts to order online, so we can track orders and inventory through shopify. This has done the trick. And the support staff responds very quickly to help with any issues
