Take Your Seat has both retail and wholesale customers and I had tried some other work arounds in order to save money. They didn't work.

I should have just used Customer Pricing from the start. It's simple. No silly fussing around with duplicate products for different customer groups. It does what you need and importantly looks professional from the customer experience side.

Now I'm also considering customer loyalty levels etc. So many options with this app.

I paid a little extra for the Bold Apss team to implement for me. They said 2-3 days. It was done in less than 24 hrs. Great job!

This is the only app of its kind that I've found to work properly (I've tried more than a few). I had a small coding issue (my fault) and contacted bold. They fixed the coding issue within 5 minutes and found a few other things that I missed and fixed that as well. BoldApps does it again with the customer pricing app. We installed this app at Vapor Jedi Electronic Cigarettes & Accessories to run wholesale and franchisee pricing accounts through our website to make a streamlined way for our wholesale customers and franchisees to place their product orders. We wanted them to be able to see their pricing on each product when they logged into their account and be able to place their orders and pay for their orders right there on the website without us needing to manually create or edit their orders to reflect their pricing. It was frustrating for them not to know what their total was going to be before their pricing was applied and we spent a lot of extra time adjusting their orders because of this.
