BOLD Custom Pricing: Wholesale

Responsive team got my issues rectified. App does as advertised. Would recommend if you need quantity breaks on pricing or other customisations.

We are using several Bold apps and none of them are working correctly. The customer service could not be worse of they tried. Their answer for their app not working is to offer custom development, ok no problem ... except we have filled out their custom development form and been emailing them for a week and recieved no response. Bold is everything wrong with the app community, all about numbers no time for helping Customers. I'm floored at how poorly they have handled our Issues. Maybe this will get their attention or more likely they just don't care.

This completes our shopify cart.

I paid the little extra to have them install it since we have a custom template and they quickly got it done and working exactly as it is supposed to.

Nir and Param helped me with all of my problems and questions. Easily the best on the support team!

When it works- great. but now CSV uploads are not working and much like the review below, support(?) isnt reading the information provided as to where their app is failing- they send a bunch or unrelated pre-scripted replies, or links to articles that are unrelated. Then dont answer for 24 hours. so freaking fed up ..

We are still integrating the app's functionalities with our store but the company has had an exemplar customer service experience, special thanks for Mayank and Rahul.

I have been using this app for over two years the technical service is absolutely amazing the software runs flawlessly it is by far one of the best money I've ever spent. And on top of it all ! Its super simple to use. Cheers guys ! Merry xmas and happy new year

Great App. Does exactly what it claims to and is very versatile. Good help.

I am just getting started using this app, but I have been pleased with the product and the support so far. It is the only product I found that let me create specific prices per item for specific pricing tiers.

It is not 5 stars due to the installation process, which is error prone. You have to do everything just right, which includes editing code, or you will run into problems.

I will say, customer service was excellent. I used the chat app, and they were responsive and very helpful, even offering to add code customization to my site to get the display features I wanted, which were extra, and beyond the scope of the app. I really appreciated this.

I'm loving this app. It's exactly what I need as I have different layers of wholesale and retail clientele.
