App works ok but not with inventory. If the product has 0 inventory and a user tagged in a group logs in they are still able to buy the item.

I've tried to convey the problem to the support staff but after 3 relays and 2 days of delay between each ticket submission the problem remains.

Poor support, fair execution, high price. Still, it's the best option I have so I'll use it for now.

At first, we downloaded Customer Pricing hoping that it would be easy to use, and that we could easily create different customer groups. Having only 2 groups (default and retailer) we thought that it would be SUPER easy.

I had to send about 5 emails a day because the system clearly did not work with our shopify - the default customers were seeing the retailer prices, even though we had followed all the steps necessary so that it did not do so. And, although it may seem like nothing, it had a HUGE impact on our credibility and sales.

Although the Customer Service reps are super friendly and respond quite fast, they didn't help much. I mean, I could see that it was not working, and all I could get as a reply was "no no, don't worry every thing looks fine on our side".

We are a new company launching a product, and Customer Pricing has delayed our launch by a few weeks.

I definitely DO NOT recommend Customer Pricing.

I have used this application in 3 projects and they have really helped me a lot, it is very good and also in the last project I had complications and thanks to Kelsey who helped me at all times and gave me a solution to everything I needed. THANKS

Very helpful team at Bold Apps, highly recommend the suite of apps they offer. Apps are extremley functional, and customer service is top notch.

Thanks Rahul for your help. Professionnal support, and a very good app. I definitely recommand. I'd suggest adding packs (buttons to add 2 or 3 or more items and apply reduction)

We just installed the app and don't have it quite complete, but the liquid installation was quick and easy and looks like a great app so far!

I recommend this app and also recommend paying the installation fee. with apps that have such great functionality, is always better to make sure the experts do it for you so that you don't cause glitches later on found by your customers. they installed it for me on the same day and have been great support in answering several questions I had to get my store going with Customer Pricing.

Also, they have a big sign on the top of the app that says to make sure you PAUSE your app before making changes. Please keep this in mind as not pausing it could create errors displaying pricing in your store. The good part is that if you forget, like I did- their staff will help you fix it right away.

So my overall recommendation- DOWNLOAD APP
