UPDATE: More problems. You cannot add another product without jumping through a bunch of hoops. Waited 3 days for them to "Update" our theme, didn't fix the problem that all customers are seeing 2 pricing groups. Still not fixed. Customer service is terrible, they don't listen and rarely fix the problem on the first out reach. Excuse me while I get back in the queue and start over. YAY. Installation was pretty complicated for our Theme, so we had to pay. A lot of back and forth with the team, new people each response created confusion, and a lot of wasted time. Overall the app is pretty good, we have a bit of a unique situation, so we are trying to make it work for us.
Launching our site in 2 days, so we'll see how well it works.

At first all looked as working well. When I noticed an error in the install they make it hard for you to request help. They Keep emailing you redirecting the matter with fixes that aren’t even close to your needs.

They got the code in quick with an issue then fixed it a few days later. But it's been weeks I've been reaching out without anything. they just keep emailing me every 5 days saying their closing the ticket. I can't get anyone on the phone. We opted for the more expensive so we could bulk price import but it just say 'service unavailable' every time. Its been almost a month and customers still can't use price levels. SERIOUSLY DISAPPOINTED with the customer service. I was hoping a company with 5 stars would be WAY more responsive.

Still waiting for a response and a solution.

When it works- great. but now CSV uploads are not working and much like the review below, support(?) isnt reading the information provided as to where their app is failing- they send a bunch or unrelated pre-scripted replies, or links to articles that are unrelated. Then dont answer for 24 hours. so freaking fed up ..

This app is so crucial with our business - we are doing 6 digit revenue in monthly sales and growing at 300% MoM

Unfortunately, months of months of issues with checkout - the wholesale application is rampant with bugs. Wholesale price randomly does not apply to orders. Our customers will therefore either abandon the cart or we would have to refund them manually. It's very annoying especially as a rapidly growing business that this app cannot do its simple job.

It does NOT work with third-party checkout buttons like Amazon Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.

As another reviewer mention - It does NOT work with Shopify discount codes. SO a lot of times will have to create an order manually just to apply a special discount code/credit that we issued.

Basically, for whatever reason, our customers will order X amount and the pricing will revert back to regular pricing without any wholesale price breaks applied as it should have. Can you imagine, having to tell customers on your IG DM to "please try another browser or redo the order in private browsing and get back to us if it works - if not we will create the order for you manually"

NOT A VERY DEPENDABLE APP AND WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN ALTERNATIVE AS WE WRITE THIS.

Bad customer service ,bugged app .really bad experience. lost a lot of money due to this app. I wouldn't recommend any bold apps ,overly priced

Sorry Bold - but until you can make this paid app work properly only one * for you!
I have always been very supportive of the Bold team and their apps, as they have been responsive and generally pleasant to work with. However after rewiring my whole store to accept GBP and EUR through Bold Cashier i needed this app to do quantity discounting. I'm sorry to say it just does not work and I have been waiting for over a month now for the discounting to work across a collection. I can't go back and now need to manually adjust incoming orders which is horrible.

Great App with amazing potential but....

I upgraded to Premium to take advantage of the CSV upload. After spending hours reworking the CSV to match their template I was prompted with a The CSV a "Service Unavailable" after uploading the file. According to BoldApps they are supposed to be open at 5pm CST but after calling multiple times from 2pm -3pm CST and leaving messages I received no call back. Over the next seven hours I received 2000+ individual emails stating that specific items could not be uploaded. All Handles and SKUs were taken directly from my Shopify CSV and therefore are exact.

I did get through to Bold Apps once earlier today and Jessica put me through to Holly who discussed the CSV in detail. We discussed the handles being the same and SKUs varying and I followed those instructions. Updates to come soon.

I am so sick of this ridiculous app and dreadful fixes. I have been in cotact with bold every day for weeks, wasting my time. They cannot even make basic CSS style fixes that don't look ridiculously sloppy. We are losing a fortune and they never reply. Uninstalled Bold Upsell but the slow code is still there, making our website extremely slow. No currency conversion box at cart. Doesn't integrate properly with new themes with side carts either
