Custom Pricing: Wholesale B2B

This is the perfect app for our store and the many wholesale customers we have. Do not have to worry now about managing custom discount codes for each customer. Support has been good considering the 6 hour time difference.

I had them install the app for me and it was installed in a timely manner considering the complexity of my theme and our use of multiple product templates with line item properties.

My only negatives are that it takes a long time to generate the variants and the fact that you have to delete the pricing group in order to import/export products.

The app certainly has the components required, a little bit of configuration needed to blend into the theme. Overall, Carter was sure to understand the requirement and took it as a challenge to have it fixed.

After speaking with the Shopify Guru's I was introduced to Customer Pricing by Bold Apps. After watching the video demo, this is exactly what I was looking for and didn't hesitate installing it.

This is where our store basis is formed; on customer loyalty and this app gives us this ability.

If your store is based on service, this is a must have app. Install it now!

Bold Custom Pricing caused the variants in our dropdowns to behave abnormally. Each time you select a new variant the site becomes progressively slower, and unusable. There are errors in the console log, and the browser would crash. Bold Support first blamed other apps for the issue which caused us a lot of wasted time going back and forth. Finally, they owned the issue after providing details from other app developers. They claim they will fix the issue, but it will take multiple weeks and testing (doubtful). Shame on Bold for not being accountable, and trying to pass the buck. I also want to point out that we requested an uninstall request from Bold, but they sat on the ticket for days without helping. Everyone blames Covid-19 for their lack of support these days, and Bold is no exception. S-H-A-D-Y.

Seems to be working well! A few glitches at first but the tech guys got it fixed :}

LOVE THIS!!! Finally a retail site and wholesale site that easy to use, a customer loyalty program AND a membership program all-in-one! Great app : )
TIP: If installing yourself, use the tip that says search the code using CTRL F or COMMAND F {it's a search bar} and THAT MADE THE DIFFERENCE! Super easy to install because of that!!!

I'm writing this review to save other business owners some precious time. After installing this app ($39) and an add-on quantity breaks app ($20), I spent 4 hours setting up my quantity breaks groups and found that it only works for the public side of the website. Quantity Breaks does not function with Shopify POS and it also doesn't work if you create orders for customers in the order admin. 4 hours of my time that I can't get back. Bold would be wise to state that their app has limited functionality.

Great App - a bit fiddly if there are lots of variants but once set up it does the job nicely.

Great support team too.

Does what we need. Had some issues getting it installed but the staff is great at helping to ensure it works.
