Custom Pricing: Wholesale B2B

We chose this App because it is the only one available that let us set custom price breaks for specific products. Unfortunately, our Theme caused some issues with the App. We reached out to their Live Chat and got Elisha who was very helpful in explaining what was happening and that they could fix it; he was very attentive and understanding to our situation. He put us in touch with Guri who provided personal attention to our situation by working with the code team and myself to get it fixed. At one point I was a bit confused by something and he called me directly to walk me through everything. His associate, Kirtana, made some additional specific code changes so that everything would not only function as expected but also display as we desired. We appreciate the attentive technical support the entire team provided. We are thrilled with this App and look forward to using it on all of our Shopify sites! I did the main liquid install myself but needed help finalizing the install (due to new theme coding not included in the install guide). The install guide was really easy to follow and I've never worked with code before, and when I needed help I got it! Quickly and efficiently and now my website works perfectly! Thanks!

I am new to selling online, Shopify, and the Bold Customer Pricing App. But I run an online metabolism-based nutritional supplement store and use the Customer Pricing App to give my Wholesale-Retail customers who own a brick & mortar store or fitness center to buy my products at wholesale discounts and sell them in their businesses. Bold Custom Pricing is an easy-to-use app and vital for a wholesaler like ourselves where we have different prices for different customer types. I faced a couple of difficulties integrating it with my store but our Customer Success rep A.Chahal was able to solve both issues within a couple of hours of getting in touch.

Works just the way it says. The support has been fantastic so far and I'm all around happy with this app. We have a fairly complex pricing structure and the different tiers of pricing combined with the ability to hide products from specific customer groups has been a lifesaver. Very happy with this!

We used this app to set up custom pricing for prosumers. I initially had some issues when installing as I got a liquid error that caused some product pages not to load. Parminder and the customer service/install teams jumped on my case and minimized downtime we were experiencing. After that was solved everything works as expected. Thanks Parminder!

La aplicaicon es buena (hace exactamente lo que necesitamos, inclusive en sus formas mas complejas), pero lo mejor de todo al obtener esta aplicacion, es el "Servicio al cliente", realmente muy bueno, la atencion, y el tiempo que se toman para podernos ayudar es simplemente excelente.
