OK, so when this bad boy is up and running it's great! We can assign a "dropship" tag to our dropship accounts, and bring in all those orders through our normal website! Great time saver and looks professional too...
Only reason for losing 1 star is the awkward set-up process. You have to search for specific terms in the code, which more often than not is not the same text as the examples....
Don't worry though, a moderate 1-off payment and the super clever folks at bold apps will do that for you!
I would almost say that Bold should offer to implement the code as standard FOC for new customers, and then it would be 5 Star the whole way!

The app is good, customer support poor. They are not easy to get hold of when something goes wrong. and app has glitches and no one there to answer emails

This app works pretty well once you get it up and running which can be a bit of a challenge. I also get paranoid about turning it off and on and get confused about what I can do when it's off and what I have to do with it on or off. Anyway, the support team is really patient and takes time to figure it out with you which is all you can ask - Cam is a gem!

I've received help from Challi and Mayank and I have to say, they were amazing. They helped me through my problems and stayed in chat until the problem was solved. And these were not common problems. I have been trying to use this app for some time (I paid $500 extra for integrations with other Bold Apps). They keep making promises about how they will change the displayed prices etc. However, after waiting six months for the promised changes I give up. Bold wants your money but cannot follow through. I am out $500 plus countless hours and $50/month fee.
Rajni is the best! Great customer service! Quick live chat support and worked with me for over an hour to help get my customizations working. Love it!
