The Bold App team installed all of the liquid required for the app to run properly on our web shop site. Boy does It look and runs incredible. My expectations were exceeded by the app itself and Bold Apps support team. I am excited to dive deep in the app and discover the awesomeness of this great app. I look forward to working with Bold! Honestly, a great app. I was debating between this app and one other app to have both wholesale and retail pricing on our site. But the features in this app far outweigh the features offered by the other. Plus it took us a few days to get it set up and get the kinks worked out, but the support team was always on it, and very responsive. I was a bit scared since I didn't know how helpful they will be, but they were patient, and quick, and helped solve our problem and get us fully set up. If you are looking for a good app to offer both wholesale and retail, then CSP is the way to go!

This app allows us to easily create a process for wholesale ordering without the headache many of the other apps come with. So far so good!

Pros:
- Set up custom pricing levels for different groups of customers, for example Retail and Wholesale pricing. Add more levels for VIP Retail Customers or Employees, etc.
- Automatic rules to bump good customers to the next level. Good for creating incentives for wholesale customers.
- Doesn't mess up "Shopify Tracks this variant's inventory" (almost, see below).
- Allows different price levels for different groups of products.
- Creates a professional experience for your wholesale customers.
- Fast customer service.

Cons:
- There is an inventory bug whereby it's possible for customers at discounted levels to order product that his not available and create unintended back-ordrers. No work-around available at this time.
- As with any set of new rules, it adds another layer of complication and takes a bit of thought to set up and test out. But it's not particularly difficult to use and in the long run setting it up saves time over manually creating discounts one-by-one.

I love this app. I built 2 stores, one for retail and one for wholesale and then I found this App. I now use one store. I know nothing about programming and at first was a little daunted. However these guys just took over, weaved there magic, and hey presto it just worked, I have no idea how, it just did. Im still learning what this can do, I think I am only scratching the surface. They have some great tutorials that show you how it all works, however when I am still a little confused, the customer service has been terrific.

Works great, and the staff is very helpful.
