Good app with good discounting functions for our VIP's and industry customers. Excellent tech support as well. Always solved any issues effectively and quick.

Overall, this app has been great to use and the customer service has been outstanding.
Aryan was very helpful recently on guiding us through bulk pricing and need some custom code installed.
If you need tiered pricing, this is probably one of the best options out there on the Shopify store.

I had some issues with this app after switching versions, but Chandan was awesome in helping me resolve them. The Bold support team worked extremely quickly to have the issues looked at and fixed. Overall we are happy with this app, but very happy with the people working behind the app.

Great app with an excellent support team. We've been using it since 2015 to differentiate between our regular customers and our wine club customers and then offer wine club customers automatic discounts on wines when they log into their profiles, as well as exclusive products and/or offers which are only revealed and made shoppable to Wine Club customers on login.

We've had multiple situations where we needed to reach out to the support team to advise and/or assist us on customisations, custom/manual code installs or integrations with other apps, and each time the support team have been very responsive and helpful.

Most recently (March 2023), we've had excellent support from Chandan.

There are definitely some drawbacks for us to the app itself, as it tends to conflict with other apps we'd like to use. Our latest challenge is that we can only work with version 1 of the app due to our specific requirements - we want to be able to use discount codes in addition to group/membership pricing, which is not possible with V2 and V3 of the Custom Pricing app. Unfortunately, V1 does not integrate with Shopify 2.0 themes, so we cannot upgrade our current theme to a newer version at this stage.

It would also be great to have longer support 'office' hours to cater for all time zones. We are based in South Africa (CAT) and the Bold Support team is on CST (8-hour difference) so we only have limited overlapping work hours, which become problematic when custom work results in website downtime as it extends it unnecessarily, purely because the Bold team only work 9-5 in their time zone.

Nonetheless, the app works well for our current set up and the support team is great.

They've made improvements over time that make this the best pricing tool on Shopify. So easy to use. Gets the job done. And extremely responsive support. I recommend you give them a try.

We manage 2700 customers, many with custom discounts on over 9000 sku’s. We are able to create profiles for 25 price classes, and give specific discounts for each price class. The amount of time it would take without this app is inconceivable.

It has helped us serve B2C and B2B in one single site. Different pricing strategies are different to manage and this app makes it easier.

We were having pricing issues so an urgent request was sent out. Despite the time difference, they sent back a response (almost immediately), filled with detailed instructions, screenshot images, and with a genuine passion to help.

That last part, you have to truly appreciate - Technical expertise is one thing, but to be genuine in your passion to help others, that's another.
