Custom Pricing: Wholesale B2B

Straightforward app for adding wholesale and preferred customer pricing to our store. The customer support and follow up was appreciated as well as the informative videos of how to set up for the website novice.

A great app and works really well for us too separate retail and wholesale customers' accounts.

We spent a while trying to find something at a reasonable price to present our wholesale operation and this one does it very simply. Lots of videos and set up support. Really helpful team.

It's really nice to handle the wholesalers and VIP customers. Especially to make different pricing tiers per each brand, type or collection.

They got the code in quick with an issue then fixed it a few days later. But it's been weeks I've been reaching out without anything. they just keep emailing me every 5 days saying their closing the ticket. I can't get anyone on the phone. We opted for the more expensive so we could bulk price import but it just say 'service unavailable' every time. Its been almost a month and customers still can't use price levels. SERIOUSLY DISAPPOINTED with the customer service. I was hoping a company with 5 stars would be WAY more responsive.

Still waiting for a response and a solution.

Had the app for years. They suggested we move to draft order pricing in December, ruined our whole site and dealer programs. Wasted about 50 hours getting it all fixed and back to the Variant version, lost thousands of dollars in lost orders.

Fast forward to April, they update something in the app and now pages won't load. Support doesn't understand anything you are saying, wasted about 60+ hours and lost tens of thousands in orders. They're basically saying our size store can't be supported by this awful app, but they had no problem supporting me paying for it. On to find a different app, I'll update when we find a good replacement so you know where to look too. Don't waste time and money on Bold apps, the support is an absolute joke. Bold does not care about customers.

Customer service provided by the bold team is very impressive. Super responsive, super helpful - very happy with this application.

This app definitely does everything described. This works great for our store because we have different pricing levels for different distributors and the Customer Pricing app let us set it up just like we wanted. Definitely recommended.

app works great... shame its overpriced ( i think its like 20$ a month ) which is the only reason for the 3 star rating

It makes it really difficult when shopify does an update and all of your wholesale pricing gets deleted and you have to redo all of your detailed pricing again. Apart from that, I have found this app pretty useful.

The team installed the liquid files on our site and got us up and running in no time!
