This app has a lot of bugs. Even though I've already uninstalled it from my store, the discount is still applied in my store and I don't even know how to delete it.

Buyer beware!!!! This app will screw your theme up permanently if you uninstall it. It leaves code throughout your theme and messes up future theme updates. They also don't give you support on the weekends so if they screw you over on a Friday or Thursday you're out of luck for at least a week. The actual app doesn't work well, to begin with, if you have people use discount codes it won't work with the custom pricing. Pretty awful development, worse support, and a major headache to part ways with them.

very bad comunication with costumer, it also doesn't have any support to help us. I am just going to cancel my subscription.

We were very excited about trying this app, this Company seems to have a lot of apps with great ideas for Shopify but so far they don't actually all pan out as planned. The setup was difficult and we even paid for the install to be done for us. (which we are still waiting for that to be refunded since we were within the trial date) It never actually worked right with the settings we used and no one would get back to us, at one point we responded to their email about fixing the issues and our response we got from them was an email saying they hope our problem is solved because they closed our support ticket! How about asking or even checking to see if the issues were fixed first? Love the app ideas, highly advise you to invest in customer service reps to help you out.
Recommended to use this for Quantity Breaks by Bold Support, as their quantity breaks app was broken.
Worst thing we ever did. Sales down because it doesn't show 'From' prices on the collection pages and also when customers buy the quantities with discount doesn't get applied to the order, so totally useless.
AVOID if using for quantity breaks.
Absolutely awful customer support, we contacted 4 days ago, nobody bothered to help us properly install the app. The app installation completely screwed up the theme and regular customers couldn't put orders through.
We ended up uninstalling this and lost money over it.
Bold apps work great individually ONLY. Find one app and forget about the rest. Having more than one work is not something they seem to have thought of or bothered to mention in the description before you buy them. We wasted hours, days and weeks trying to fix things only to find out at the end, that product options and discounts or currency conversion to work together can't and is out of their scope of work to fix. We can hire them STARTING at $500-$1000.00 to fix it. This feels wrong. We are very disappointed after trusting them and buying so many apps from them without giving it a second thought. Wish you had customers like that? "Here take our money" Not anymore.
Experts failed to install the app. Twice.
The support was lackluster. Tier I support was completely useless. App was buggy and wouldn't integrate with Streamline, our theme of choice. Had to regenerate subscriptions each time you wanted to change your pricing.
We didn't want to use the wholesale pricing feature, we wanted to have custom prices for Members that we setup with Bold Memberships.
But nope. No such luck.
Our workaround is to create a product that is public-facing, duplicate it, tag it with a special 'Member' tag, create a 'Members-only' collection and show this only to members. Pain in the ass, but it works.
basically broken as of february. stole $20 from me . poor service considering they ask for so much.
Their customer service is really bad. They sent an email instructing me to reply back to the email after I completed a step. I then receive an email chastising me for sending them an email.
