We have been using Customer Pricing on one of our sites and recently upgraded to the premium version. What a great App. It's so easy to upload the correct pricing structure for each of our customer groups, and Bold's support has always been fantastic.

I would definitely recommend this app to a friend. Even though installing the app could be a bit of a headache, the customer service rocks! I have limited knowledge on coding and when I got stuck installing the app I started getting kind of skeptical about the app. However, I gave it a shot and contacted customer service by submitting a ticket. It turns out that's the best thing to do. Cam helped me not only installing the app the way I needed, but he also helped me figure out some other questions making adjustments on the what my business needs. I exchanged around 25 emails back and forward with Cam in about 48 hours with questions and clear answers, that gives you an idea how quick they are with customer service.

Bold App allows us to offer special pricing for valued customers and open a whole line of repeat business using our products as thank-you's and giveaways. This has been super valuable for us as an emerging e-commerce company and we highly recommend Bold to anyone who needs special pricing for "VIP" customers. Great app!

I use this app for bulk discounts and it works so great. Honestly, I have had several problems because the code from previous apps made this app work badly, but I contacted the costumer service and they helped me a lot! And, they were very fast fixing the errors in my web regarding this bulk discount. I want to say thank yo to Bhumi, the person who helped me with all my problems, as there were many hahaha

Love this app for my VIP membership pricing. Simple to use and user-friendly. I don't have much time for the technical things running a business and this app makes it easy for me to manage. Also the customer support is amazing and they have gone above and beyond in helping me out.
