Its ridiculous that you cant change basic strings or make them translatable. This makes the most basic functions look wrong in your shop, like in the Customer Chat App, too.

This plugin looks nice but how can you translate the content you write on it? Most of the website are in all language, and I couldn't find any way to translate the content...

Hello, this app is simple and could be great if :
- We could edit the link "Privacy policy".
- It didn't just work for European connections.
