Google Reviews by Trust.Sync

I have installed this and got new reviews on the first email run, so works great. Also great due the the one and 2 star reviews not being posted directly, gives you a chance to sort any issues.
I also had some teething issues, the support was absolutly first rate. They really went out of their way to help and I did not even have a paid subscription at hte time.

Great app for reviews, very easy to use and work with all the main review platforms too, you can start with the free plan which is great and you get busy enough upgrade to a paid plan which I will do at some point in the future.

I've had a really good experience with TrustSync so far. The app is easy to set up and does exactly what I was looking for. The support team has also been very responsive whenever I've had a question.

A special thanks to Florence, who has been incredibly helpful and quick to reply throughout the setup process. Her support made everything much easier.

I truly think TrustSync will be a fabulous addition to our Shopify store, and I’m really looking forward to seeing how it helps grow our Google reviews. I especially love that it allows us to identify customers who may need a little extra care before leaving a public review — that’s such a valuable feature for us.

One feature I would absolutely love to see in the future would be integration with both Shopify POS and Shopify online. Being able to capture review requests from both our in-store and online customers would be incredible and make the app even more powerful.

I was able to speak with Florence who was efficient in validating my store and helping me configure the application on Shopify.

This is the ONLY app that i have found that has improved my mental health by FILTERING BAD REVIEWS! The customer writes the review and if its bad it doens't show up online! It's solved my anxiety by having the great customers write reviews and they show up, the bad customers write them but it's filtered. AMAZING!
