Great app an the support was very helpful! We have solved a big issue with the store now. Thank you for your help.
We just installed this app as it was the only viable solution for our shipping conundrum: some customers want us to use their own carrier account number to charge shipping costs to (third party shipping). Others want us to charge them for shipping using our account. This app allows us to use customer tags to display the appropriate shipping options on our checkout page. Sounds simple, and it was, thanks to Brian who walked us through the setup process step-by-step on the phone. Talk about service! And it works! Highly recommend!
This app makes it easy to create specific shipping rates for certain customers.
In our case, we wanted to give special shipping rates to our most loyal customers. Customer Shipping Rules makes it easy to set up and easy to modify. Now loyal customers get free shipping, and new customers have an incentive to re-order.
I should also mention that while the software is very good, what truly makes it excellent is the customer service that stands behind the code. Responsive, professional and super competent...I wish all of my SaaS providers were this good.

Brian helped me set it up on our website and it's working great. Having the ability to offer flexiblity set shipping rates per customer is just what we needed. Our customers love it to! We use this app in combination with the Brambi Advanced Shipping Rules app to have some nice custom shipping solutions for our business.
This app was performing as we needed to, but in the last few months we have started experiencing issues that all stem back to this app. I've sent several emails and tried calling but I can't get in touch with anyone. Not only is the app not working but the customer service is not existent, so we're frustrated to say the least. If someone can please get back to us and resolve our issues, I am happy to update this review...
Sadly I cannot recommend this developer. The app started to act erratically. Emailed twice, the phone goes straight to voicemail. 5 days, no reply.
Will be forced to uninstall and look for another solution. It seems this is a common complaint here.
Would love to review this positively, but it's been 2 weeks and i can't seem to get a hold of the app creators. I've sent numerous emails and called.
Can someone please respond to my email. I cant set it live until i know a few things.
