I have used many help desk apps at times I found myself needing multiple apps to really manage my CS, with rich panel not only is the setup and flow of the app superior to others the customer support and personal setup you get from the rich panel team is unmatched.
Highly recommend for anyone looking to have your customer support simplified!
Amazing support team and onboarding call. And amazing software. We were able to get everything setup on our site within a couple days with their team being available very quickly at taking the time to go through every step of the process. Excellent customer service.
Nous avons installé cette app depuis quelque temps et elle est vraiment très complète comparativement à d'autres. On voit les transactions détaillées des clients, tout est regroupé à un seul endroit, etc. Il y a plusieurs canaux pour les contacts (mail, tchat) et tout est directement visible dans le dashboard de chaque clients. Le support est aussi très bien et nous très bien soutenu tout au long de l'implémentation et surtout pour configurer les DNS.
Finalement, on peut bénéficier de 100 discussions avec de nouveaux clients par mois gratuitement ce qui est pour nous important comme nous démarrons à peine notre activité.
Je ne peux que recommander cette application.
I love Richpanel! Waaaaaay better than what we were using before! Their support team is extremely charming, helpful and know their software well - I continually meet with them -- on occasion as needed -- to tweak & improve the inner workings of our setup. They're responsive, easy to get a meeting with anytime, and actually want to help us understand how to use their product more efficiently. We were able to set up a self-service chat box that has helped reduce the overall number of tickets we have, and the macros are super helpful as well. The analytics are help me better understand what's happening in the customer service area of our business. I could not recommend another customer service app more than Richpanel!

A special cred to Amir that has helped us a lot with various problems. - If I must leave one "improvement" it would be the price. As a start up company its a big investment to get the functionality of self service - it would be great if the packages could be customized for each customer including only the most necessary required functions =)
