Customer Tagger has been working great for us for years. It saves us time and money by automatically tagging customer accounts according to their purchases, so that our customers can access additional content without needing our assistance. In addition, the support behind the app has been great. The two times we had questions, they were quick and helpful in their response.

This app is really versatile and helps us come up with creative workflows to segment our customers. Team is also very responsive and wonderfully helpful, clearly trying to improve the app functionality all the time.

I was trying to figure out how to tag and sort my customers by the vendors that they purchased. This app did the trick and I was able to do just that - tag customers with the [vendor]s the purchased and the target this customers with relevant marketing!

The team the Union Works went way beyond to make sure that I got what I needed and understood how to use their app.

Simple and intuitive. Their customer support team was extremely knowledgeable about the app. We did have a bit of an issue with the way it was working at first - shout out to Jason for taking the time to review our issue with his dev team and help us resolve! His help was much appreciated.

Great app that helps with segmentation of customers based on what they have bought, spent etc - very handy indeed.

The app is customizable based on your requirements, if you'll require additional work such as only tag customer when certain transaction meet the criteria eg. Paid. They'll able to do it, just contact their support. Quick and Easy. Will highly recommend!

Super powerful customer tagging tool and the best customer support I've experienced of any tool on the Shopify store. We use this app to segment our customers into different stages of the buying journey so that we can then reach out with relevant and personalized offers based on their purchasing history. After downloading multiple tagging apps for customer tagging, I'm 100% certain this is the best tool in the app store for tagging customers. It's been really exciting because they really understand the use case I'm building for—understanding where every user is in the customer lifecycle so we can guide them to making their first or next purchase. Support has been very knowledgable and responsive, even updating the app based on requests I've made. Thank you for creating this app, it's growing our business in such a meaningful way!

Super helpful app for segmenting customers and tracking marketing campaigns. App developers are also super responsive and helpful...answering questions in a very timely manner and doing whatever they can to meet our needs. Highly recommend!!!
