The capability to tag customers retroactively with past orders is so useful ! Staff is extremely prompt to respond also.

I used this app in tandem with Locksmith to allow prize-draw winners access to a specific product, as well as prevent them from placing additional orders of that product. It worked flawlessly and I'll definitely be finding new ways to use the app to improve other processes.

We use this app to tag customers that buy a membership plan. We also tag customers based on products that they purchase. Then we use a discounting app to offer automatic discounts to certain customers based on their tags. This is a great app. It offers many, many ways to create tags.

Customer Tagger has been working great for us for years. It saves us time and money by automatically tagging customer accounts according to their purchases, so that our customers can access additional content without needing our assistance. I was trying to figure out how to tag and sort my customers by the vendors that they purchased. This app did the trick and I was able to do just that - tag customers with the [vendor]s the purchased and the target this customers with relevant marketing!

The app is customizable based on your requirements, if you'll require additional work such as only tag customer when certain transaction meet the criteria eg. Paid. They'll able to do it, just contact their support. Quick and Easy. Will highly recommend!
