SC Customer Tagging

We used this app to backdate tags on orders and customers we imported into the Shopify system. This helped us segment our audience and be able to market towards them more specifically. Great product and it works exactly as we expected.

Setting up ways to tag orders and customer is so easy with this program. I thought I would need help setting it up, but I ran one test, and it was perfect. I tagged all my previous orders and customers. I am an incredibly happy customer.

I used this app in tandem with Locksmith to allow prize-draw winners access to a specific product, as well as prevent them from placing additional orders of that product. It worked flawlessly and I'll definitely be finding new ways to use the app to improve other processes.

We use this app to tag customers that buy a membership plan. We also tag customers based on products that they purchase. Then we use a discounting app to offer automatic discounts to certain customers based on their tags. This is a great app. It offers many, many ways to create tags.

Simple and intuitive. Their customer support team was extremely knowledgeable about the app. We did have a bit of an issue with the way it was working at first - shout out to Jason for taking the time to review our issue with his dev team and help us resolve! His help was much appreciated.

The app is very easy and straightforward to do. We had some questions about bulk uploads and their customer support, Sam, was super useful and even did a couple for us to show me how to do it. Fast and efficient, and for the backdating the prices were reasonable compared to what competitors were asking. Would definitely recommend!

I contacted customer service and got an extremely fast response. My issue was quickly resolved. This app works great for automatically adding a tag when criteria is met such as when an order is created and contains a certain product. The app also works great for automatically removing a tag on a specified time schedule that I designate.
