Glitchy. Cannot edit the review "form page". And when people leave reviews they don't appear on the page--basically nothing happens. It's been days since I submitted my test reviews and they're still not showing up. The Help Staff is mediocre at best.

Please note that editing customer reviews manually is restricted by Shopify’s policy to ensure authenticity and trust. To display reviews correctly, make sure the source page is added in the “Sources” section of the app. When a customer submits a review from that page, it will appear and become visible to other visitors.
If you need any help with setting up the widget or configuring the review display, our support team is always here and happy to assist.
The application works very well. We solved the problems with the support lines. It definitely seems to be the best option.
