If there was one app I couldn't live without, it's this one. The ease of getting it set up and customized how you want is amazing. I reached out a couple of times asking for certain features or issues I saw and within 24 hours, a solution is found implemented by Ezra. You get SO much for the price. I was hooked after the 14-day trial - I won't give it up!

Customer Hub has helped me customize my accounts page on the website specifically for my business. I sell digital products, which presents many challenges with customization for accounts and checkout. However, Customer Hub, specifically Ezra at Customer Hub, has walked me through everything and even pushed for a Sendowl integration that makes a huge difference in my customers' experience on their orders pages. I love this app for Shopify.

Excellent app. When I started adding apps to my store this was the first one I installed. The app works great with other apps like; Bon, Judge.me and Parcel Panel. Installing this app first allowed me to make sure I only installed apps that work with CustomerHub. Overall I am really happy how CustomerHub performs on my site. Customer service is great with quick responses and easy explainations. I definitely suggest this app.

STUNNINGLY AMAZING!!!!
You may think that I am exaggerating. However, if you have been running a Shopify store for more than 6 years, searching for a solution to the native customer account page for all these years then finally find this app, you probably know my feeling.

Customer Accounts Hub is MAGIC!! It integrates to the membership reward app I am using. When I toggled on the integration I was literally shocked by how perfectly it executed the integration. The implementation to my store was sooth like butter.

Actually, leaving a positive comment is an irrational action for me. Think if you have a powerful weapon, why would you recommend it to others when they may be your potential competitors lol But Customer Accounts Hub is so great that I really want to thanks the team. Wish you guys all the best and earn the profit you deserve. This is a MASTERPIECE.

Coming back to edit my review. Ezra contacted my store after our review. He was apologetic and had made an error in responding to our email. We moved forward and he developed coding for SendOwl to intergrade with Customer Hub. It works perfectly and I am pleased to be using this app. If you deliver digital goods and need a 'download here' link in your account area reach out to them!

I emailed Customer Hub with questions on how to add coding for my downloads. They never responded to my emails for help. So I removed the app before I was charged. I would expect a response from an app within 7 days. What if I had a pressing issue and needed an answer?

Hi, thanks so much for the feedback and so sorry you had a bad experience. I went back through our emails and found your email to us. I unfortunately closed the case because of the auto-reply attached and didn't see the question above. We've put in place a new process so that can't happen again and I've replied to your email as well as reset your trial of the app.

We also agree and would expect a response within 7 days and always aim to reply much faster than that.

We've love it if you'd consider re-installing the app and letting us help with your initial inquiry as well as any others you might have.

This is a brilliant app, super easy to use with absolute stand-out customer service. They respond quickly and take time to explain everything like an actual human. The app itself looks great and has some clever integrations. Also, how refreshing to see an affordable price for such a comprehensive product and service. Highly recommend.

Customer hub is incredible, the team is so helpful, so willing to jump in and work on something to make the experience fit your requirements. I'm so impressed by their customer service team, their ability to answer questions, and their ability to integrate with our business model. The Customization is beyond any other app on the market, and this works with shopifys native recaptcha which a lot of older custom account page apps struggle with. Get this app, if you are on the fence take the leap.

Previously I had issue with the store credit feature integrated into customer hub. I sought help by sending email and someone came to help me immediately, thanks Ezra. Now all issues have been fixed promptly. Customer Hub is still the best one out there. I tried to use other customer login page, they charged very high price and not as nice as Customer Hub.

Thanks so much for the review and so sorry to hear you didn't receive a reply from me. I've gone back through our emails and it looks like we may just not have received your initial email. So I've just sent through an email to help, and if you'd be happy to re-install the app, we can request access to look into and fix up the Credit Yard integration to make sure that's working as expected for you. I can also have a look into the mini account widget as we do have in-built settings to display that widget on the bottom left, right and middle of the website, so we can shift that into a different location for you or toggle it off completely if preferred.

UPDATE:

Thanks so much for re-installing our app and allowing us access to look into this for you. After a quick look it was found that the app 'Credit Yard' had simply been toggled off and the widgets were not active on the website. Because of this, there was no content for our app to display. Once the Credit Yard app had to toggled back on, our app was able to load the content with no issue at all.
