Customer Hub really makes our customer account page easier for our customers to find what they need especially when using a subscription app. Support, Ezra has been extremely helpful and quick at responding to my questions and requests. Definitely recommend.
Thanks so much for the review Debra, we’re so sorry to see that you experienced an issue while installing the CustomerHub app. We’ve been through our monitoring software and have found no indication of any issues and suspect you may have simply encountered a local network issue given the way you describe the problem.
We’d love to have this resolved for you and have requested store access as well as sent a few emails and reached out over Facebook and phone. If you’re able to get back in touch with us or grant store access we’ll jump in and find out what’s happened and have it all resolved for you.

These guys offer a fantastic product at an extremely reasonable price. They're also super-responsive to my questions and their fixes to date have been prompt and effective!
Customer Accounts Hub is an excellent app, but what really stands out is the amazing customer service I received from CustomerHub. The app was not mobile optimized for my particular theme. Ezra, the co-founder, provided the amazing customer service and was ready to fix it right up.
I was using the Flits: Customer Account Page then I saw this app come around the block and had to make the immediate switch! Much better UX, support is amazing, more configurable to your brand standards, and just overall a much more versatile My Account Page experience! Best one I've found!

Ik heb net een conversie gedaan naar Customer accounts hub. Het is echt een verademing. Alles werkt ! Alles is overzichtelijk. Support is ook heel goed! Klanten ervaren het als een kwalitatieve account page,.
Wow loving this app, i had a problem at first not because off this app but because off a old app I was using left loads of old code I message support within 20 minutes they asked for login and sorted the problems i also asked if they could Customise the app and they did now it’s even more perfect it solved a problem where customers would keep asking how to use there loyalty now with this app it’s in all there customers accounts because off the integration with my loyal app
We're using this app on 2 stores. Communication is excellent. Consumer service replies within 24 hours.
About the app : Very easy to setup and works like a charm. It's a must-have to make your customers happy with their account.
About the support team : Ezra is the best. He is so helpful and answers questions in no time. Highly recommended!
