Simple, clear, and easy to use. Very responsive support.
The app was ok but it did not do what I needed so I uninstalled it. Unfortunately they still billed me, for the year, AFTER the free trial ended. Shopify says I should be getting a refund. I will let you know.
Amazing support, they helped me with very specific customizations and replied extremely fast so that I could quickly set up my custom options

So far so good! It was so easy to install and set up personalized text boxes for a collection of products in my shop. I highly recommend this app. Also, I love the stock count option - it's great to show customers if an item is running low!
