FANTASTIC!!! so far I love this app! I have used multiple custom apps before and found this to be very simple to setup and does what I need. Support is also EXCELLENT A++++++ thanks :-)
Had an issue with files being downloaded, sent a message out and within minutes the issue was resolved. Such a great app and accompanied with great customer service!! Win win!!
It's an amazing plugin! It does exactly what it says it does. Though there is feature that is missing for me to say its perfect - displaying the fields based on metafields used in a product. Also great customer support!
Editing my review. From 1 star to 5 star without any doubt. Tufan and the team are absolute gems. Highly recommend. Fixed my custom issue in no time.

This is a great app. It makes order notes super easy for our customers. We love how simple it is to use—makes customization a snap. Perfect for any Shopify store looking to give customers an order text!
This app works very well for our products that require input from our customers. We can get their name and date to create a personalized certificate. Customers can upload images for us to make customized labels out of their business logos or personal photos. We're also very happy that this app is completely free.
I have used this app in my store for creating custom fields. It's working perfectly. The customer support team is very helpful they sort out my issue within a few minutes

It's free! It's awesome! And you don't have to be a coder etc to use it at all! It has everything I need as a small local store in Japan!
Edit: There was a problem with the translated pages. Some of the fields were not appearing on the translated pages but they solved that problem super quick and now this app has become truly perfect! Also their support always answers really fast so if you are having problems, be sure to let them know.
