Customify ‑ Custom Product App

This app is amazing and customer service is superb. Hasan Kamal helped resolve all my problems and was very patient. I tried a previous app, but I had to cancel because the customer service was nonexistent. I really love the app and looks good in my store.

A great product customisation on shopify. Has helped us massively in introducing product personalisation.

The customer service is fantastic.I have asked for it to be fitted to my theme, colours changed, fields adding, font issues and all sorts of other help to make it run smoothly in my store. Hasan has been fantastic, always a response and always a resolution.

I love this app, this has completely transformed the way my customers are able to use my website / personalise the products. Hasan and the team have been very helpful in installing the app and helping me customise my products. Customer service is SUPER, you can't find any app that has service like these guys, friendly, dedication, patient. They will improve the app for you until you are satisfaction.

Used to be a great app for product customization. Recently there have been constant server problems on the developer's side causing consistent downtime. They blame getting "hacked" but don't seem to have any plan to improve. There are plenty of Shopify apps that do the same thing in a more reliable way. I'll be sure to update this review in the event things improve but for now steer clear of this app Update 10/27: I said I would update this review as things progress. After posting this review the developer assured me a permanent fix would be put in place by yesterday. As of today, the app is completely down and inaccessible to all customers. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid using this app until things improve.

Great customer support! I can highly recommend customify app and Henri who answered all my questions and helped me with issues I had in my store. Customer support is everything when it comes to using apps online! I highly recommend this app, it is great and the customer service is timely and excellent.

This is a great app. I am able to offer clients a new ability online that I always dreamed of offering.
