Very impressed with customer service! I am somewhat tech savvy but had to ask for assistance with the install. All themes are different so sometimes that happens! I was quite busy thru out the day and did receive response to my delayed emails. I am only on my second day of my free trial and these guys already have me up and running their app on my custom product. My product was from scratch and they helped me set it up to where it looked correct on my product. Hasan is awesome! Check you emails man, these guys do get back to you! The are friendly too! Unlike some other APP people who have an ego complex about their product and try and make the issue your own incompetence! These guys rock and they actually help you! Thank You!
The only thing better than the Customify app is the team that supports it, and both have exceeded my expectations. They are making a real difference in my store and creating a buzz about our custom products. And just in time for the holidays! Thanks guys.
disappointed by the slow response & instagram feature not working
Dissastrous app, never got it to work properly. And some guy from customer service named Kamal, never got it to work. Useless poc.
I will use it again if you can make it more mobile friendly. It should load faster

Kamal is trying to be very helpful and he is always available. But THIS APP IS NOT EVEN A BETA VERSION OF A WORKING App. I wasted 2 months and many hours and some money to prepare images and try to have the app working properly. At the end for a fixed issue there is always a new one coming up. If you are a small business, this app can be a disaster and the kindness of its dev can make you believe in some solution that will never happen. I suggest TO SHOPIFY TO TEST APPS BEFORE TO SELL THEM ON THEIR STORE. this is unfair, VERY UNFAIR.
Right now, I do not have any response at all. First installation is nearly 3 days ago, but nobody is responding to the mails.
The backend of the app itself looks promizing and the design in whole is really nice.
But it makes no sense without running properly....
