I must say I am very happy and impressed with this app. I searched and tried so many I was really getting discouraged. But then I found Customify. It is working like a charm. The code input was little scary but instructions well laid out and I'm zipping right along. Still setting things up in my shop BUT I've checked and checked the app all is good but one hiccup. It's in the mobile app and they are working on it. When I emailed support they got right back to me. Peace of mind. That's worth a LOT. Thanks Customify!
Right now, I do not have any response at all. First installation is nearly 3 days ago, but nobody is responding to the mails.
The backend of the app itself looks promizing and the design in whole is really nice.
But it makes no sense without running properly....
The application works very well, and I want to especially thank Hasan Kamal for his support who helps me create new templates and was always attentive to my comments. CC
We applied this app to our store 15 days ago and it worked for all but two of those days. When we contacted tech support all we received as an answer as to why the app was not working was that they were awaiting the developer. Hasan simply wasted our time and kept telling us it would be fixed soon. All the while we wasted 16 hours of my web departments time and money.
Very frustrating app to work with. They installed the program for me and then I watched every single You Tube video trying to figure out how to do a simple text box where the letters would go in once the customer typed them in. They wasn't anything.
This was the last email I received from Kamal: "There is add text also i fix your button, but there is still some error, because your time give me headcache, but you can test using debut theme, i will work on it to solve it" YOU have a headache??? I have spent countless hours trying to get this to work. It has been several days now and nothing so onto the next.....
Once the installation is complete, the setup process is extremely difficult. Customer support is difficult with agents who do not speak English well. Chat is provided through FB messenger and is difficult. Communications are poor from the company, causing delays and misunderstandings that could be avoided if the developer had a better grasp of communication. A basic question of business hours available caused delays and confusion because they did not know how to note the times in my country (USA). Instructional videos lack detailed instructions and are not for the same version as the most recent one. Many promises made, but the instructions were too poor to be useful. I have spent HOURS trying to make this work and use the instructions as provided, but have abandoned it as an unusable app. Frozen screens, long delays in resetting options make this a non-starter for anyone needing a working, productive app.

We always replied to both your chat messages and emails in a timely manner. We already asked for collaborator access to help you set up the app. However, you haven't approved the access request till now.
Yet, you posted a negative review. It is not fair.
Developer is very good help once get replied, he/she even get me some custom coding to merge my theme, I have to say that is very outstanding. By the reason I seeing many Developer will ask for lots of money for some sample modified to match the theme selected.
but sorry to say that, response time are kind of very slow. few days to get answer, dont know why, most shopify Developer reply slow, but they do a wonderful app anyway. Is hard for setting up the apps when someone like me in a hurry and not coding person also new to shopify.
This is very good app with some improvement and kind of user friendly.
Having order detail about which image and text customer type and selected would be much better when for produce custom product.
-Image upload more than one.
-Assign graphic to different collection
-Pop up/switch window by clicking design button, loading the designer app on every product page when start will turn customer down.
-Using less image layer
-Allow Gif rather then PNG for Glare will speed up the loading time.
For who need sample customization product, I definitely recommended, and this low cost for testing out.
It is a real nightmare to set up the sample image. I struggled for 3 days and decided to remove the app from my store.
I really like this app as it was quick to get working and the customer service is awesome, almost instant replies. The app is very limited thou, would like to massage the app to fit the needs of my site. Would be nice if you could turn some features off and adjust more. Not being able to choose PT instead of PX is troubling. The app does not send back the base color code, just the font color. With a few more options as mentioned this app could be almost perfect, at least for my site
I was really disappointed with Support. During our free trail, they only helped with installation. When I had issues with variants and a few other things, they never emailed back. I didn't want to continue past the trial without knowing that the app would work for us.
